Acrylic adhesive is a kind of adhesive made by chemical reaction with various types of acrylic adhesive as the base material. Acrylic adhesive appeared in the 1950s, because of its slow curing speed and performance, its development is not fast. In the mid-1970s, a new type of modified acrylic adhesive was developed, also known as the second generation of acrylic adhesive (SCA), two-liquid non-mixed and two-liquid instant adhesives. The adhesive has excellent comprehensive properties and a wide range of bonding materials, such as metal and non-metal (generally referred to as hard materials), which can be self-adhesive and mutual adhesive. Therefore, in recent years, it has obtained rapid development and new varieties are constantly introduced, which is quite attractive. There are many types of acrylic adhesive with different properties, mainly including α - cyanoacrylic adhesive and the second generation (reactive) acrylic adhesive.
