BOPP Acrylic Printable Tape is a popular material for surface printing with SIAT machine. The material is produced with special treated film and special adhesive, to make sure the tape can be perfectly adopted with SIAT machine and the ink. To get the best printing result, it requires the tape itself, printing technology and ink quality to match very perfectly.

Description

Normally the Sandwich Printed Tape requires a big volume to operate the production, while surface printing has solved the problem of mini orders of Customized Printed Tapes. With SIAT machine the printers can provide small volume Customized Printed Tapes for the end users. The qualified printable material is the key for this beneficial business. The width of the material could be 144 or 150mm so each time of printing can get 3 rolls of 48mm or 50mm tape, the length can be 1000m or 1056m or 1320m, just based on different market habits of the end users. In EU, the popular speficiation of the acrylic printable tape is 50um and some premium grade requires 56um, to be called as "high tack". The perfect printing result requires good stability of the tape and ink, as well as the stable printing technology. Corona treatment plays a key point in the process of printing.
